San Diego lifestyles is a new program that is able to provide information to San Diego Condo and home buyers on lifestyle amenities that San Diego Home Buyers hope to have in their lives. Today Home Buyers want more then just a house, they want to be able to choose a neighborhood with the best schools, a Trader Joe’s or even that favorite coffee shop to get your caffeine download.
To put it simply, San Diego Lifestyle is a geo-spatial neighborhood and property research tool that incorporates everything to help home buyers find the home that best matches their lifestyle. Compare activities, neighborhoods, schools, shopping or that favorite Mexican restaurant with the great fish tacos!
Basically this program addresses a San Diego Condo or Home Buyer “lifestyle amenity needs”, going beyond the focus of just the home but it’s surrounding neighborhoods and characteristics and infrastructure. San Diego Lifestyle will be a great tool for learning the different school districts, day care and after school activities for the kids in any area you care to search.
This is a new software that was develop by Home Junction Inc. and I am proud to be the first to offer this system to the San Diego market. In the near future, Home Junction Inc. will be releasing additional upgrades such as listings from San Diego’s MLS, New Construction Search and many new Buyer experience components such as notifications, alerts, share, analytical data and much more.
